About Contact Charity Home Sheena Macleod Ghosts of Culloden Cover designed by Michelle Arzu Sheena Macleod lives in a seaside town in Scotland. She has written a number of short stories and poems. Reign of the Marionettes, published by Dark-Ink Press, is her first published historical fiction novel. Ghosts of Culloden was written in memory of all those who lost their lives in the last battle fought on Scottish soil. This is a work of fiction and is not intended to be an actual representation of events or people. The lullaby, ‘Babby, My Babby, Be’, was written for the story. In July 1745, Charles Edward Stuart landed in Scotland, in a bid to remove the Hanoverian line of King George II from the throne.
