About Contact Charity Home Riya Bhattacahrya The Girl Who Worked in the Factory Cover designed by Riya Bhattacharya Families are very important. But, what exactly is a family? Is it simply a bond of blood? Or is it something more? What defines a family? “The Girl who Worked in the Factory” might not answer these questions, but it sure will make you realize that not all bonds can be defined by blood. Terra had always worked hard for her family. Yet, she never got the things she wanted in life. In fact, she never had the right to choose, it seems. And then, suddenly, fate takes a nasty turn. Now it’s up to Terra to choose. Hello readers! My name’s Riya Bhattacharya. I’m 19 years old. Currently, I’m in my sophomore year in Computer Science and Engineering. I have been writing stories since the age of twelve. I dream of becoming a great writer who can write stories that stir everyone’s hearts with emotions. I love making characters with deep thoughts and emotions. Being a member of the OMP Networkers has been the proudest moment of my life. I feel happy that even in small ways, I can contribute something to the world. I can, in my own style, express my feelings and dreams to the masses. It really is a very special achievement to be able to contribute something to this world. And I’m glad I’m a part of it…a part of OMP networkers.
